My son (who’s 6 now) has always had a hard time falling asleep at night. We started having him listen to podcasts until he fell asleep and this is by far his favorite! He falls asleep so much quicker now and comes out of his room much less (sometimes not at all). We love the calming exercises, stories, and voices. Ready to commit to the monthly subscription to get more episodes because we truly use it that much! ❤️

My daughter is not a great sleeper and ever since switching from a crib to a bed, bedtime was really difficult. We started listening to stories after reading books and this one has been amazing. I love the mindfulness and relaxation techniques. My daughter is catching on and taking deep dragon breaths. She falls asleep within minutes of starting the story. Amazing. The narrators have great voices. These are geared towards kids but I’ve considered listen to help myself sleep. Good stuff. Thank you so much.

After a long day, it is so nice to climb in bed and listen to a calming meditation and a sweet story. I love how you guys add different charters from other stories together, it is so fun. Thank you so much, I have seen such a difference in my sleep. I can now feel calmer.
