From reading her book, to listening to many of Molly’s podcasts, coupled with her coaching programs, and having some one on one coaching personally from her - I truly have shifted my beliefs in myself, am learning to recognize thoughts as neutral or not even true, (my skewed perception of things) working to retrain how I respond to those thoughts - urges, practicing new beliefs., and the list goes on - learning to appreciate myself more - really working daily - practicing and more practice - all from these great weekly inspirations, and knowledge Molly provides! Simply amazing stuff! Love her introducing us to all these other great professional wellness practioners, sharing experiences and expertise in, making all feel we really can find the change we so long for!! It is spilling over into other areas of my life which is also an added benefit!
