These guys will have you hooked with one listen. They will brighten your day, make you laugh, make you think, sometimes even make you cry but not because you are sad. I look forward to every Monday morning because of Tom and Bert. So Thankful for this show.

I can’t wait for this to come out each time. It’s rare that podcasts have me laughing to the point of wheezing but this one does it. Ever since the cool aid episode, I don’t miss one.

This podcast used to be hilarious & now it’s the same stuff every week. Bert talking about how fat he is, and then talking about the disordered way he’s going to lose weight. Promoting “fasting” cleanses and 75 hard to your huge audience is incredibly irresponsible. Bert - please see a registered dietitian and eating disorder therapist. Used to be a dedicated fan and now I turn it off without finishing almost every week.

This show is what started me in listening to podcasts. At the beginning it was just two friends laughing, conversation, and a healthy back and forth. Lately it seems to be nothing but ads, when you actually get to listen to the show it’s pretty great, it just feels like there’s more spots for ad revenue than quality entertainment.

I’m a huge fan of Tom, but this podcast has almost nothing to do with him. It’s an hour/hour and a half of Bert’s incoherent rambling. Just a bunch of ideas of things they should do or stories we’ve heard several times before. Episodes without Bert are awesome. This podcast was probably a good idea on paper but it just doesn’t work. If you’re a fan of Bert’s style of comedy, then it’s just for you. Had to unsubscribe.

It’s irksome hearing two middle aged family men (Tom, and guest, Yannis,) commenting on women’s bodies and suggesting plus sized models have no place in the industry. As comedians who are talented, and have obviously worked very hard to build a platform, it’s disappointing to hear that platform being used to body shame a model who represents what a lot of American women look like. Both Tom and Yannis have daughters (As does Bert, even though he wasn’t in this episode,) and the lack of awareness of how their words could affect their daughters perceptions of their bodies in the future is concerning. This is such a tired and cheap approach to comedic material, and I know y’all can do better than this.
